College Access Summer Institute for Teachers

The College Access Summer Institute for Teachers (CASIT) is a week-long, professional development workshop for seventh grade math, science and ELA teachers from SC GEAR UP partner schools.

The CASIT program is designed to help teachers improve the effectiveness of classroom instruction. CASIT participants can expect to return from the program with fresh content, new hands-on activities and strategies to incorporate advanced learning technologies into their classrooms.
